The unpredictable plot twist in SaveMe is the key factor that makes this story stand out above the rest. I was completely thrown for a loop with the major event that occurs in Ryan's life that changes the entire out come of the story.

Logan Chance didn't write the typical "everyone lives happily ever after, the guy gets the girl and every thing is PERFECT" type of story. SAVEME does have an HEA, but it isn't the usual HEA that readers expect. The events in this book are tragic from some viewpoints, but so emotionally heartbreaking and beautiful, still. Ryan and Lizzy do have their Happily Every After, just not in the, pretty wrapping paper with the perfect bow kind of way. But honestly, that is how real life is. We don't always get the perfect cookie cutter, happy ending. I think that is what I love so much about SaveMe. How REAL Ryan and Lizzy are. Their struggles, their pain, their love; all of it is all consuming and felt in the hearts of the readers that truly love their story- those that are like me and cherish every single one of Logan's books.

Each New Book Logan Chance releases into the Book world is better than the last. I continue to be amazed by this incredible author!

There are so many things about Save Me that I loved. A sensitively written and  truly magnificent book about a delicate subject. Well done Logan!  It also touched my heart is so many ways. The emotion is raw, it’s sweet, it’s painfully real! Real life that many of us would never even think about. The simplicity and innocence of a childhood BFF’s that endured a lifetime. A friends to lovers romance that is so pure and right it was just effin meant to be.

Ryan Wagner was a decorated Marine, who after spending 4 years in Afghanistan had returned to his home town. He is also the recipient of a Purple Heart which he was awarded from war time injuries. Injuries which he would have for a lifetime.

Lizzy Packer, a Physical Therapist, has been Ryan’s lifelong BFF. She is smart, feisty, and has a huge heart….and she is also gorgeous!! Although they haven’t seen or spoken with each other since high school that is all fixing to change.

When Ryan comes in as her patient she is blindsided. The last four years look good on Ryan. He’s no longer the high school friend she remembers but he’s come home a handsomely muscled man and every bit deliciously desirable. Yet, they are friends, friends with boundaries.

But what happens when picking up this friendship begins to stir up feelings? Feelings that have always been there just below the surface. While Lizzy always had a secret crush on Ryan, are these feelings reciprocated? Good lord when that proverbial line is crossed and the unabashed passion is unleashed!!

When feelings begin to grow, and flourish the niggling little thought in the back of Ryan’s mind always tends to surface. As crazy as he is about Lizzy the fear that he is not good enough for her is always there. She deserves much better than him.

Wow!! IMO Logan Chance has another best seller on his hands with Save Me. This book was brilliant and a great way to honor injured vets. I know this book will stay with me as well as other readers for a long time. Save Me was not only a great friends to lovers romance but has an amazing message about not taking anything for granted because you never know when it will be stripped from you. This book hits home for me because I have tons of military friends and family. Some of who been injured or watched friends lose their lives. The stories will never get any easier to hear, so I honestly believe this book can help the millions of vets out there who have trouble adjusting to life back in the states after years away overseas.

Ryan and Lizzy are childhood friends who lost touch after he joined the Marines and got stationed in Afghanistan for the last four years. Upon his return they reconnect and their friendship picks right back up were they left off. Only their feeling for each other are stronger then ever.

Lizzy is sweet and kind but with the perfect mixture of sassy. Ryan is strong, dominate and honestly a little hard headed, not that I would blame him though. But the bond they share is one to be jealous of. You could tell right off the bat that they were meant to be together and it was amazing to watch their friendship grow into an incredible relationship.

Save Me had all the feels. it was sweet and funny with a twist that leaves your heart breaking for Ryan. But luckily Lizzy is exactly what the doctor ordered.

Great job Logan! You really out do yourself with every book you release. 5 Purple Hearts well deserved my friend. 💜💜💜💜💜
